ACA Immigrations Services represents low-income immigrants and families in the U.S., assisting individual clients to secure some of the most basic necessities of life as well as addressing systemic problems that adversely impact their lives. We also represent community groups in advancing the interests of their low-income constituents and provide community legal education. We give advice and represent people in immigration court, before agencies, and the Department Homeland Security.

ACA Immigration Services provides legal immigration assistance to low-income people all over the United States. The help we offer ranges from legal advice to full case representation, depending on client need. ACA Immigration Services tackles problems faced by low-income immigrants and our member agencies that can only be resolved through advocacy, education, pro bono representation, litigation and media. We identify legal trends and issues affecting immigrants and pursue responsive solutions. We work to strengthen immigrant rights community by preparing charitable immigration programs to expand their service-delivery capacity and establishing a coordinated service-delivery and legal support architecture.
